Technical Innovation & Experiential - development and training of NBA API data and creating a bespoke system to enable Cameron Black to become the first vision-impaired sportscaster to do a live broadcast of an NBA game.

This project won the 2023 Cannes Grand Prix for Live Entertainment in Sports along with other gold, silver and bronze and shortlist awards.

As AOR, Phenomenon was brought on to provide a new vision to create a new hero in the mortgage lending industry to change perceptions in the business and have someone for consumers to rally behind. Tasked with applying a friendly, pro-consumer voice across all channels, we applied our design, strategy and development resources to rebuild their site to become Mr. Cooper.
